Staff and Student Welfare Committee: Objective:

The staff and student welfare committee aims to have social interaction and to cater to the recreational needs of the staff and students. Frequency of Committee Meetings: Two times in an academic year. IQAC reporting member: Dr.Kamble  Responsibilities and Functions: 

  • Ensure all the teaching and non-teaching staff as members of this committee. 
  • Funding to faculty for attending conferences, and workshops has to be verified and forwarded to the Principal for approval. 
  • To help faculties get medical claims and cashless treatment for faculties. 
  • To conduct farewell functions to retiring staff members, cultural events, yoga training programs, lectures on various topics such as life insurance, health, etc., medical camps, and life insurance policy service camps. 
  • Participation in sports competitions and other recreational and welfare activities. 
  • Mentor and orientate junior members of staff. 
  • Organize the annual event in which awards and accomplishments of college members are announced. • Wishing the teaching and non-teaching staff on their Birthday / Anniversaries.
  • Get together arrangements for teaching and non-teaching staff’s family. 
  • Academic excellence awards every year to teaching and non-teaching staff. Students: 
  • To publicize and make aware students of various government and non-governmental scholarships/fellowships available. Guide students to apply and fill out forms for this scholarship. 
  • Maintain a record of students who have received scholarships/fellowships and the same should be reflected in the financial audit report. 
  • To provide orientation to students and parents to inculcate the feeling of accountability about their goals and discipline for upholding the reputation of the college. 
  • To develop unity and integrity among students. Various on-campus events will be conducted, which will represent different Indian festivals. These events will make students aware of the customs of others. • To organize social service groups and clubs to encourage and involve students in social service activities.
  • To ensure the cleanliness of common areas for the hygiene of the students in coordination with the maintenance department. 
  • To help students in times of illness and difficulties dispensary is provided.
