Press-Media & Publicity Cell Objective

• The primary role of the press, media (Electronic and printable) and publicity committee is to establish links with the local media and provide regular reports and press releases on campus news and opportunities. Frequency of Committee Meetings: Four times in an academic year. IQAC reporting member: Dr. Muneshwar 
  Responsibilities and Functions: 
• To raise resources for the publication of the college magazine. 
• To receive the articles/reports from the students/staff and edit them.
• To get the magazine printed by April end and distribute the same to students and staff.
• To encourage students to write poems, stories, pictures, etc.
• To disseminate the efforts and achievements of the college, students, and staff to the outer world through publicity in media, newspapers, etc. 
• To collect from all the HODs / Organizers / Conveners / NSS-Convener / Physical Director / AO shall maintain complete information, material, content, and photographs of all the student, faculty, or general activities regularly. 
• To establish links with the local media and provide regular reports and press releases on campus news and opportunities. 
• The press, media, and publicity committee also designs and arranges printing materials to be used in different events. 
• To maintain the records of the activities conducted and submit the same to the IQAC committee.
