Grievance Redressal Committee Objective:

 To ensure a harmonious environment on the campus for all staff members and students.

  • To provide equal opportunity and hassle-free resort to their grievances. Frequency of Committee Meetings: Twice in an academic year. IQAC reporting member: Dr.N.N.Bagul . Responsibilities and Functions:
  • To develop a step-by-step mechanism to resolve the grievances of students.
  • The students may feel free to put up a grievance in writing/online and drop it in the grievance box or hand it to the in charge of the committee.
  • To ensure that the staff of the college are responsive, accountable, and courteous in dealing with the students.
  • The cases will be attended to promptly on receipt of written grievances from staff and students.
  • Actively look for a solution that will satisfy the students and staff, where practical, without causing disproportionate difficulty for the organization or the colleagues.
  • The committee will report to the authorities about the cases attended to and the number of pending cases, if any, which require direction and guidance from the higher authorities.
  • To compile and record documents department-wise and semester-wise, and also keep the information of the parties involved.
