Collect the faculty and student feedback under different areas. 

• To analyze the feedback and submit an action taken report to IQAC. Frequency of Committee Meetings: Two times in an academic year. IQAC reporting member: Dr. Shireen Shaikh Responsibilities and Functions: 
• To design formats for students’ feedback and surveys. 
• To collect and analyze curriculum feedback, student satisfaction survey, and attainment of program/course outcome survey. 
• To define the tools for assessment of COs and Pos. and assess the achievement of attainment of the COs, and POs. 
• To take the proper action to enhance the institution’s qualities.
• It is used to identify the faculty needs. 
• A compiled action-taken report should be submitted at the end of the academic year to the IQAC in the given format.
