The effective governance committee is responsible for ongoing review and recommendations to enhance the quality and policies. Frequency of Committee Meetings: Four times in an academic year. IQAC reporting member: Dr.Chavan V.B Responsibilities and Functions: 

• To establish new policies or upgrade policies for the welfare of the institution. 
• To make significant and strategic decisions at the institutional level.
• To oversee the organization’s various activities month-wise/year-wise. 
• To prepare a Strategic/Perspective plan for every academic year. 
• To prepare institutional strategies for mobilization of funds and the optimal utilization of resources.
• The committee should assist the CDC in periodically updating and clarifying the primary areas of focus for the board, and shape the CDC agenda for the next year or two based on the strategic plan
